penguin has Had many girlfriends before but he didnt stay with them for long (Not his type) Until he met cheroes he never stops talking about her, cheroes in the other hand maybe has had a boyfriend in the past (That i dont know of) But now that she knows penguin i can tell shes really happy and likes him :)
